A trough of low pressure along the west coast and high pressure over
the south central states will keep southwest california on the
fringes of greater monsoonal moisture to the east. This will bring
some mid and high clouds at times with some afternoon clouds over
the mountains. The marine layer and onshore flow will keep coastal
